Job Description
The postdoc will conduct EPR analysis on DNA-based enzymes utilizing 1D and 2D techniques. The project focuses on two main systems involving Copper(II) and Manganese(II) as metal co-factors. The candidate will prepare DNA samples to serve both as catalysts and substrates and optimize pulsed EPR sequences tailored to the specific architectures of the enzymes to identify short and long-range interactions. The research will take place at the LASIRE lab, which has four EPR spectrometers and three laboratories for sample preparation.
