Job Description: The postdoc will be responsible for establishing plant transformation in soybean, optimizing speed breeding protocols, and generating transgenic lines using CRISPR-Cas system. Duties also include developing constructs, designing guide RNAs, writing manuscripts, mentoring students, and participating in outreach activities to farmers and growers. The postdoc will receive training in writing manuscripts, research best practices, data analysis, and research mentoring skills.
