Post-doctoral Fellow Positions: The Molecular Basis of Inflammation Team, led by Nadine Laguetts, is seeking three post-doctoral fellows to work on cell type-specific nucleic acid immunity. The team is interested in studying cell type-specific inflammatory responses and their interactions with metabolic homeostasis. The laboratory will investigate whether chronic inflammation triggers metabolic calls and how immune response is controlled in metabolic tissues.

Eligibility/Qualification: The candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline. Candidates should have expertise in molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, and adipocyte biology. Candidates should be able to work autonomously to develop innovative ideas and collaborate with other lab members to promote interdisciplinary research.
Job Description: The post-doctoral fellows will be responsible for conducting research on cell type-specific nucleic acid immunity and metabolic homeostasis. The candidates will work collaboratively with the team members and develop innovative ideas to investigate the research topics. The post-doctoral fellows will also be required to use various technologies and conceptual backgrounds to conduct the research.
