Department of Chemistry, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong invites application for Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Associate position from candidates having Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with related background.

Research/Job Area- Chemistry with related background
Eligibility/Qualification- Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with related background in the development of molecular metal-based OLED emitter. They should have strong experience in chemical synthesis and characterization of organic ligands and phosphorescent metal complexes as well as the measurement of their photophysical properties. Applicants should have proficiency in written and spoken English, a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Job/Position Description- A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
The appointee will be engaged in an ITF project on the development of luminescent metal complexes for OLED applications under the supervision of Professor C.M. Che.
