Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Experience using secondary large-scale data sources
  • Knowledge in work theory, labor market, well-being research, especially in cross-national perspectives
  • Interest in labor market inequality across gender
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Job Description:

  • Clean and analyze TransEuroWorks survey data using experimental vignette survey approach on flexibility stigma
  • Analyze secondary data sources to examine association between flexible working and well-being outcomes
  • Write up papers for journals, working papers, and other outputs
  • Support dissemination of results in academic and policy settings
  • Support public engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the PI, TransEuroWorks team, and department
