Eligibility/Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Biophysics, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.

Job Description
The candidate will engage in the KirFlex research project funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR), collaborating with IMPMC at Sorbonne University. Duties involve:
- Utilizing enhanced sampling methods (Hybrid Molecular Dynamics and Normal Mode Analysis) to explore conformational dynamics.
- Investigating allosteric regulation networks of the Kir2.1 potassium channel.
- Collaborating closely with experimentalists to interpret and integrate multiple experimental data sets.
