Eligibility/Qualification:
- Education:
- PhD in a relevant field (cancer biology) or
- Masterโs degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in cancer biology.
- Experience:
- Molecular and cell biology techniques.
- Experience in genomic and transcriptomics data analysis.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills for presenting scientific data.
- Study design and grant writing experience.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Job Description:
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments to uncover novel immunomodulatory targets in head and neck cancer models.
- Investigate the mechanism of action of therapeutics, including monotherapy and combination treatments.
- Utilize advanced cell and molecular biology techniques, including cell culture, knock-in/knock-out experiments, and various assays.
- Contribute to developing and evaluating three-dimensional spheroids co-culture with immune cells.
- Assist in grant applications and ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and supervise research associates and students.
- Communicate results effectively and draft necessary reports.
