Eligibility/Qualification:

• PhD in machine learning, computer science, computational biology, or closely related fields (completed or near completion).
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale AI development (pretraining, finetuning, scaling).
• Solid biological background; familiarity with biological data modalities expected.
• Strong publication record in top-tier ML conferences and/or life science journals.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary research.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will be involved in:

• Developing core architecture and novel pretraining objectives for biological data.
• Engaging in multimodal learning and representation across diverse biological data.
• Integrating foundation models into reasoning and decision-support systems (agentic interfaces).
• Contributing to translational applications that impact early drug discovery and biomedical sciences.
