Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent languages.
- Experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in multi-omics integration, network analysis, or linking omics data to functional readouts is highly desirable.
- Background in machine learning applied to biological datasets is a plus.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and apply advanced computational methods to analyze complex multi-omics datasets.
- Integrate omics layers with electrophysiology measurements to uncover new biological insights.
- Collaborate closely with experimental biologists and contribute to study design, data interpretation, and innovative analytical strategies.
- Prepare manuscripts, present findings, and contribute to grant writing.
