Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Computational Biology.
  • Strong background in machine learning or statistics.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages, particularly Python.
  • Familiarity with single-cell data and experience with existing single-cell methods/software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job Description:
The successful candidate will focus on the following activities:

  • Design a new mathematical method for data integration.
  • Monitor and study relevant publications in the field.
  • Efficiently code in Python (Pytorch) to implement machine learning methods.
  • Present research findings at conferences.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and international partners.
