Postdoc in RNA Design and Therapeutics, University of Warsaw, Poland

phd funding - Poland

Designation

Postdoc (Senior Assistant)

Location

University of Warsaw, Poland

Research Area

RNA Structural Biology, Deep Learning, and RNA-Targeted Drug Discovery

Job Summary

This project applies cutting-edge deep learning to understand and predict RNA interactions with small molecules, which is a major challenge in RNA-targeted drug discovery. The group will develop RNA language model-based methods for 3D structure prediction (OpenRNAFold) and extend the OpenRNADesign platform to generate RNA sequences and structures tailored to bind specific small molecules. The designed RNAs will be experimentally validated using SELEX and biochemical assays, blending computational innovation with wet-lab verification to advance the rational design of functional RNAs.
