Job Description: The selected Postdoc will be responsible for optimizing the process of cyanophycin extraction from cyanophycin-overproducing cyanobacteria and converting it into various cyanophycin-esters with diverse physicochemical properties. The focus is on exploring and evaluating the applications of these novel cyanophycin-esters in medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial settings. The work involves multidisciplinary collaboration within a dynamic research environment.
