Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: PhD in Proteomics, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven hands-on experience with mass spectrometryโ€“based proteomics/immunopeptidomics in clinical or translational settings.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) and Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM).
    • Hands-on knowledge of quantitative proteomics workflows, data normalization, quality control strategies, and complex MS dataset interpretation.
  • Track Record: Publication record in peer-reviewed journals in relevant fields.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with structural biology and cross-linking mass spectrometry.
  • Skills in workflow automation and reproducible data analysis pipelines.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will play a key role in advancing clinical antigen discovery and precision medicine initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing mass spectrometryโ€“based workflows to identify and quantify disease-associated antigens from clinical specimens.
  • Developing, optimizing, and applying DIA- and PRM-based proteomics methods.
  • Conducting quantitative data analysis, normalization, quality control, and statistical interpretation of proteomics datasets.
  • Contributing to biomarker and antigen validation studies across diverse clinical cohorts.
  • Collaborating with clinicians, computational biologists, and translational researchers across academic, clinical, and industrial networks.
  • Supporting method development, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and grant writing.
