Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or relevant fields.
- Experience with high-end LC-MS and high-throughput proteomics technologies.
- Proficiency in protein purification, proximity labeling, and sample MS preparation protocols.
- Familiarity with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody staining.
- Basic programming skills or experience with R.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Job Description
The appointed candidate will work on enhancing the sensitivity of established proteomics technologies for analyzing primary material. Responsibilities include:
- Integrating experimental workflows with data analysis.
- Functionally validating proteomics findings through in vitro phenotypic assays and microscopy imaging.
- Collaborating with researchers in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, and bioinformatics to develop advanced proteomics methodologies addressing significant biological questions related to cancer immunology.
