Members of the Susiarjo lab utilize genetic and epigenetic methods in combination with reproductive and metabolic studies to elucidate how gene-environment interaction during pregnancy reprograms epigenetic marks during development and modulates disease susceptibilities using the mouse model. Researchers are expected to carry out standard molecular biology and epigenetic methods.
