Eligibility / Qualification
- PhD in Life Sciences or related fields.
- Hands-on laboratory experience in mass spectrometry or LC-MS metabolomics of biofluids.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Defining protocols for sample generation, preparation, method development, and direct MS-based analysis of biological materials (plasma, serum, urine) at scale.
- Collaborating with data science colleagues to develop and implement data post-processing pipelines.
- Partnering with internal and external collaborators to generate high-quality large-scale data sets.
- Summarizing and presenting results to project team members and collaborators.
