Postdoctoral Associate – Chemistry Research: Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises Employment Services is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Postdoctoral Associate in the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department. The successful candidate will engage in chemistry research projects with undergraduates, mentor students from underrepresented groups in STEM, and contribute to the STARS HSI STEM Transformation Project.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Chemistry or a related field
- Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
- Responsible and dependable
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff
- Interest in working with and mentoring undergraduate students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crystallography and/or air-free organometallic chemistry
- Interest in a faculty position at a primarily undergraduate institution
