Eligibility/Qualification
- Recent PhD in metabolomics, mass spectrometry, or analytical chemistry.
- Experience in LC-MS, MS/MS, compound identification, and isotope tracing.
- Familiarity with Orbitrap instruments is advantageous.
- Proven track record in metabolomics data analysis.
- Evidence of productivity through first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams.
Job Description
The Postdoctoral Associate will perform the following tasks:
- Conduct experimental and computational research in metabolomics.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on funded projects utilizing stem cell resources and cohort studies.
- Utilize large-scale metabolomic and exposomic databases and tools for research.
- Engage in innovative research interfacing with genomics, transcriptomics, microbiome, single-cell technologies, and cellular engineering.
