Eligibility/Qualification: Ph.D. earned prior to August 1, 2024, in humanities disciplines such as literary and cultural studies, media studies, digital humanities, history, American studies, African American studies, women’s, gender, and sexuality studies, urban studies, and science and technology studies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in applying culture, context, history, and/or theory to the current landscape of data and AI.
Job Description:
- Conduct research at the intersection of AI and the humanities.
- Participate in the activities of the AIAI Network.
- Teach one course in the first year and two courses in the second year.

- Annual salary of $73,000 with additional research funding of $5,000 per year.
