- Ph.D. or equivalent in Immunology, Microbiology, or a related Biological Science.
Job Description
The Postdoctoral Fellow will focus on defining how macrophage subsets influence bacterial control and immune regulation in the lung using murine and non-human primate models. The role involves:
- Conducting molecular, cellular, and microbiological work.
- Tasks will include cloning, CRISPR/Cas9 editing, RNA-seq and multiomic library preparation, flow cytometry, microscopy, macrophage infection assays, and murine infection studies.
- Analyzing datasets using R or Python pipelines.
- Opportunities for publications, collaborations with multidisciplinary teams, and development of independent research directions.
