Postdoctoral Fellow in Transportation: The University of Toronto Scarborough seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow for a one-year term to contribute to the Suburban Mobilities Cluster of Scholarly Prominence. The research aims to address transportation-related social and environmental issues, including rising suburban inequalities, climate change, and resilience to shocks. The Postdoctoral Fellow will coordinate projects, conduct primary research, contribute to publications, and facilitate partnerships across university units and community partners.

Eligibility/Qualification: The ideal candidate must hold a Ph.D. in planning, geography, engineering, or a related field awarded within the past five years. They should have extensive knowledge of transportation planning, transport equity, public transportation, emerging transportation technologies, and their implementation in suburban contexts. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis, GIS and network analysis, or travel behavior modeling. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, personal time management, project management, and organizational skills are required.
