Eligibility/Qualification:
- A PhD or MD degree is required (PhD degree officially granted latest by November 2023).
- Candidates should have successful previous research endeavors documented with publications.
- The fellowship is not open for DKFZ internal candidates unless they have been recruited to the DKFZ no longer than 6 months before the application deadline.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be awarded a competitive grant over a duration of 3 years to cover their salary and project-related costs. They will have access to state-of-the-art research facilities and infrastructure, manage their own career development with training courses and career support, and become part of the large international community of postdoctoral researchers.
