Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2D-Materials: The Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship to study the electronic and spectroscopic properties of graphene and other two-dimensional materials under different doping conditions. The position is part of the PRIN 2022 Research Project titled “TUNing the Electronic Structure of graphene from low to high electron doping” under the scientific responsibility of Dr. Andrea Ferretti. The fellowship duration is 12 months.

Job Description:
- Conduct research on the electronic and spectroscopic properties of graphene and other two-dimensional materials under various doping regimes.
- Lead the research activities under the PRIN 2022 Research Project.
- Utilize first-principles electronic structure calculation methods to study fundamental properties of materials.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Italian languages.
- Prepare and submit research reports and manuscripts.
- Collaborate with the research team and project partners.
