Postdoctoral Fellowship in Flow Chemistry: The Institute of Organic Chemistry at UNICAMP is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Pasire Research Group for a Postdoctoral Fellowship. The research will focus on the development of optimization methodologies in continuous flow regime for the synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Bioactive Compounds. The successful candidate will collaborate on the FAPESP Young Researcher Project and contribute to advancing sustainable chemical synthesis of small molecules and new compounds.

The postdoctoral fellow will contribute to the main objectives of the project, which include:
- Developing synthetic methodologies under continuous flow reaction conditions.
- Developing modular systems in a continuous flow regime for the automation of organic reactions using self-optimization algorithms.
- Applying these systems in the synthesis of APIs, bioactive compounds, or other important building blocks in chemistry.
