Job Description
- Plan and execute experiments in human and preclinical immunology models related to thymic injury and regeneration.
- Perform high-parameter flow cytometry, sequencing, and downstream analysis.
- Generate, analyze, and integrate sequencing datasets.
- Conduct functional assays using in vitro organoid and stem cell culture systems.
- Contribute to manuscripts, present results, mentor junior members, and collaborate across projects.
- Supervise trainees and support shared lab responsibilities as needed.
