Eligibility/Qualification
- Degree: Doctoral degree or equivalent in chemistry, materials science, or relevant field (awarded within the last three years).
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Skills: Strong collaboration, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Experience:
- Design and synthesis of binders for battery applications.
- Knowledge in battery slurry preparation, characterization, electrode processing, and dry coating is highly meritorious.
Job Description
The selected researcher will engage in:
- Developing new binder systems for electrode processing.
- Synthesizing and modifying binders for innovative manufacturing processes.
- Balancing fundamental research with practical outcomes.
- Collaborating with academic and industrial partners while supervising Master’s and/or PhD students.
