Research Area
The Alpha Cell Program focuses on constructing a comprehensive molecular-level model of the human cell utilizing data from various biological modalities, including imaging, transcriptomics, and spatial omics.
Eligibility/Qualification
- Required:
- Doctoral degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, cell biology, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of biological datasets relevant to cell biology.
- Proficiency in programming (Python or similar) and collaboration tools (Git/GitHub).
- Preferred:
