Research Area
Cancer Cell Biology and Drug Discovery, focusing on the RAS pathway in cancer and developmental diseases (RASopathies).
Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD degree in developmental biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience with at least two of the following techniques:
- Confocal/Super-resolution microscopy
- Interaction studies (complementation, BRET, FRET)
- Protein biochemistry (SPR, polarization)
- Molecular cell biology (Gateway cloning, Gibson assembly, CRISPR/Cas9)
- Very good organizational skills, attention to detail, and persistence.
- Fluency in English.
