Research Area:

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience in NLP/LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Familiarity with software engineering practices, data pipelines, and handling medical data.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop AI-driven pipelines to automatically generate pre-structured medical reports (e.g., literature summaries, clinical trial documentation) from minimal input data.
  • Design and implement “gluing code” for integrating AI solutions into cohesive systems, ensuring robustness and reproducibility.
  • Conduct validation tests to ensure performance, accuracy, and clinical relevance of generated outputs.
  • Investigate minimal input requirements and trade-offs in the generation of high-quality domain-specific reports.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and domain experts to align technical solutions with real-world needs.
  • Publish results in top-tier conferences/journals and present at international workshops.
