Technical SkillsKnowledge of a scripting language or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is preferred.
Language ProficiencyVery good command of written and spoken English (at least C1)
Other SkillsIndependent working style, creativity, enthusiasm for developing new experimental methods

Job Description

  • Conduct scientific research within the Einstein Foundation-funded Berlin-Hebrew University project.
  • Perform innovative research involving bacterial genetics and molecular biology.
  • Utilize advanced techniques such as live-cell and high-resolution microscopy, quantitative image analysis, and state-of-the-art biochemical and cell biological methods.
  • Write scientific publications and present results at scientific meetings and conferences.
  • Actively participate in the Berlin-Jerusalem research collaboration, including research stays at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
