Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD degree (or equivalent) in bioinformatics, data science, genetics, or molecular biology with a focus on quantitative methods.
  • Relevant experience in computational modeling and data analysis.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating clinical, paraclinical, and sociodemographic data with multi-omics analyses.
  • Developing computational models for co-expression networks and predicting systemic disease transitions.
  • Characterizing gut microbiome changes related to inflammatory conditions.
  • Utilizing the GenomeDK computational infrastructure for data analysis.
  • Collaborating with clinical experts to ensure actionable outcomes from multi-omics insights.
