Eligibility/Qualification:
- Education: PhD in a related field
- Requisite Skills:
- Basic bioinformatics
- DNA extractions (ideally from noninvasive sources)
- PCR
- Sequencing
- Statistical modeling (e.g., simple regression)
- Desired Skills:
- Analyses of whole genome sequence data
- qPCR
- Bisulfite sequencing
- Elastic net regression or other statistical techniques suitable for high-dimensionality data
Job Description:
