Research Area:
The focus of the research includes the synthesis and characterization of heterostructured materials, understanding charge dynamics, and the motion of photo-rechargeable nanomotors.
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Education: PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Strong background in nanomaterials, photocatalysis, photochemistry, and semiconductor physics.
- Skills:
- Proficient in photoluminescence, transient absorption spectroscopy, and photoelectrochemical measurements.
- Familiarity with micromotor or colloidal systems, particle tracking, and image analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Description:
- Responsibilities:
- Synthesize heterostructured materials and persistent phosphors using various methods.
- Engineer surface interfaces for the assembly and integration of photoactive components.
- Perform physicochemical and photophysical characterization of nanomotors focusing on energy and charge dynamics.
- Analyze nanomotor motion performance through statistical methods.
- Write research reports and scientific articles.
- Present findings at meetings and conferences.
- Guide and support team members and contribute to laboratory management.
