Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field
- Experience in organic or organometallic chemistry, synthesis, and spectroscopic instrumental techniques
- Proficiency in English and Basque
- Equivalence of the PhD granted by a Spanish University
Job Description: The QEETOF project aims to create a novel photonic device, QEETOF (Quantum Electron Energy Transfer Optical Fiber), for measuring various parameters within ADMET studies. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will:
- Design and synthesize chemical sensors based on metal nanoparticles
- Conduct surface chemistry and immobilization of nanomaterials on optical fibers
- Perform physicochemical characterization of the sensing systems
- Generate documents, reports, and manuscripts for publication
- Supervise and train younger researchers
