Research Area

The successful candidate will engage in research focusing on “Dissecting Epigenomic and Transcriptomic Traits in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia with Secondary Immunodeficiencies,” particularly studying specific features related to Ig replacement therapy and infections.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD degree in a relevant area (Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or related).
  • Advanced knowledge of Bioinformatics, particularly in single-cell and bulk omics methods.
  • Experience or clear interest in Immunology research.
  • Strong collaborative and communicative skills.
  • Good command of English (required); Spanish (useful).

Job Description

  • Lead a research project generating single-cell and bulk omics datasets from patients with leukemia exhibiting immune dysregulation.
  • Analyze DNA methylation and ChIP-seq datasets alongside other omics data.
  • Present scientific findings, including writing manuscripts for publication.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a stimulating research environment.
