Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Strong background and expertise in comparative genomics.

- Familiarity with genomics databases, tools, and resources.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Job Description:
- Conduct independent research in two projects related to improving orthology inference and developing a methodology to identify lost genes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary research team to investigate gene content variation in tomato during domestication.
- Publish research findings in high-impact scientific journals and present results at conferences and seminars.
