Eligibility/Qualification

- Proficiency in quantum chemistry software (Gaussian, ORCA, CREST/xTB, Q-Chem, etc.)
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Proven research publications and ability to conduct independent research
Job Description
The postdoctoral researcher will:
- Conduct quantum chemical calculations to elucidate reaction mechanisms
- Collaborate with experimental researchers to guide reaction design
- Perform conformational analysis, transition state search, and energy decomposition analysis
- Write and publish academic papers
- Mentor graduate students and support collaborative research projects
- Participate in research project applications and joint meetings
