Eligibility/Qualification

  • Strong publication record
  • Background in cancer biology and/or molecular biology
  • Experience with mouse models and mammalian cell cultures, as well as standard molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, western blotting)

Job Description

The successful candidate will work within a consortium of Belgian research teams, focusing on the biology of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). Responsibilities include:

  • Characterizing transcriptome and proteome deregulation using -omics technologies (e.g., RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Ribo-seq, proteomics)
  • Mapping chromatin, transcription, and protein changes from early T-ALL stages through to disease progression
  • Collaborating with core facilities and computational biologists
  • Supervising students and assisting in project coordination
