Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Plan, design, and execute complex research studies and protocols.
- Participate in discovery projects and coordinate research study activities.
- Oversee the organization, analysis, and synthesis of data findings.
- Prepare scientific reports and manuscripts for publication.
- Engage in meetings with the principal investigator and research staff to interpret data and refine methodologies.
- Maintain laboratory supplies and track orders.
- Potentially supervise laboratory personnel, including training and directing daily tasks.
Development and Growth Plan (Year 1) includes:
- Completing required training and developing an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Leading experimental projects independently by the end of the first year.
- Publishing two first-author papers within the first 24 months.
- Participating in grant writing workshops and presenting findings at conferences.
