- Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD degree in biophysics, bioinformatics, biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience in RNA-seq analysis and machine learning.
- Familiarity with cell culture and advanced microscopy advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; German skills beneficial but not mandatory.
- Job Description:
- Design and characterize synthetic cell tissues with immunological properties.
- Conduct bulk and single cell RNA sequencing experiments and analysis.
- Investigate interactions between synthetic cells, cancer cells, and immune cells.
- Screen natural product drug libraries for immuno-regulatory compounds.
