Eligibility/Qualification

  • Required:
  • PhD in Biomedical Science, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong record of imaging-related publications and scientific writing
  • Expertise in at least one MRI modality (e.g., structural MRI, diffusion, fMRI, quantitative MRI)
  • Demonstrated ability to process data at scale (pipeline development; reproducible workflows)
  • Expertise in multivariate modeling (e.g., regularized regression, latent variable models, ensemble learning) and/or deep learning applied to neuroimaging/biomarkers
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with PET quantification and/or EEG analysis
  • Experience integrating multimodal measures (imaging + biofluid + clinical/cognitive) and validating models on independent datasets

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scholar to:

  • Develop and apply multimodal MRI measures to support clinical and cognitive diagnosis, disease staging, and longitudinal progression modeling
  • Identify and quantify imaging correlates of pathology present in neurodegenerative diseases
  • Build multivariate models integrating MRI + PET + fluid biomarkers for improved predictive performance
  • Implement scalable pipelines for data onboarding, quality control, processing, and feature engineering across large datasets
  • Operate in a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross-functional scientists
  • Communicate findings through internal and external presentations and publications
