Research Area
Structural analysis of chromatin remodeling complexes via cryo-EM and biochemical methods.
The laboratory is part of the Huck Center for Structural Biology and the Center for Eukaryotic Gene Regulation. The research focuses on the structure and function of dynamic multi-subunit ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complexes using cryo-Electron Microscopy (cryo-EM), as well as various biophysical and biochemical methods.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a Ph.D.
- Core Expertise: Molecular biology, biochemical, or biophysical characterization of macromolecular complexes.
- Preferred Experience: * Human cell culture
- Insect cell expression systems
- Cryo-EM structural analysis
Job Description
