Eligibility/Qualification
- For Computational Scientist:
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, R) and familiarity with bioinformatics tools.
- For Experimental Scientist:
- PhD in Developmental Biology, Cell Biology, Regenerative Medicine, or related field.
- Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, ideally with human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs).
Job Description
The recruited scholar will lead a multifaceted project focusing on the fundamental mechanisms of human embryo development. Responsibilities include:
- Building 3D complex endometrial models and optimizing in vitro implantation assays.
- Culturing human embryos and generating stem cell-based embryo models.
- Tissue sectioning for spatial transcriptomic analysis.
- Leading analysis of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data.
- Publication in top-tier journals and applying for competitive funding if interested.
