Eligibility/Qualification–
- Completed Masters degree or PhD in the biological sciences
- Experience with basic molecular biology techniques
- Some programming experience preferable
- Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills

Job/Position Description-
Research group seek a postdoctoral scientist or research associate/technician to study microscopy-based antibacterial drug discovery. Working with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, you will design and implement high-throughput imaging screens, perform artificial intelligence-driven image analysis and drug prediction, and determine the mode of action of compounds.
This project offers experience with lab automation, high-resolution microscopy, and artificial intelligence analysis methods. If you are a creative, quantitatively-inclined scientist, this is your opportunity to help define how we collect and work with “Big Data” in biology.
Responsibilities :
- Generation and management of bacterial mutant libraries
- High-throughput screening using automation hardware
- Screening pipeline development and streamlining
- Management and upkeep of automation hardware
