Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Biological Sciences
- Strong background in one or more of the following fields: Primary stem cell systems, Metabolism, FACS, Transcriptomics/epigenetics.
- Experience in imaging and imaging analysis, metabolomics, and/or mouse work is considered a benefit.
- Ability to start new projects and research directions.
- Team player with good social and communication skills in English.
Job Description:
- Investigate the role of metabolism and organelles in controlling stem cell fate decisions in tissue stem cells using unique mouse models, organoid culture, organelle-labeling, and imaging techniques.
- Utilize scRNA-sequencing, metabolomics, and epigenetics for comprehensive analyses.
- Develop an independent project with new research questions.
- Collaborate with a highly interactive multinational and multidisciplinary team.
- Support launch of an independent career.
Type of Scholarship: Postdoctoral Scholarship, tax-free, granted for a maximum of two years within a four-year period following the receipt of a doctoral degree or equivalent.
