Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent.
- Significant experience in multistep organic synthesis.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques for characterizing chemical compounds (GC, HPLC, NMR, MS, IR, DSC, TGA, X-Ray, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Strong commitment to scientific excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valued Qualities
- Experience in process chemistry.
- Experience in crystallization of small molecules.
- Good communication skills.
Job Description
The Project Researcher will be responsible for:
- Design and execution of synthetic routes to provide target molecules.
- Purification, analysis, and characterization of novel chemical compounds.
- Process scale-up of a pharmaceutical candidate.
- Writing reports and delivering results in group meetings.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and complete documentation of results.
