IIT Delhi, India, invites applications for Project Scientist (1) Position at IIT Delhi from eligible and interested candidates
About- The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) is inviting applications for a project appointment on a contractual basis. The appointment will be renewable yearly or until the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. Candidates of Indian nationality are invited to appear for a walk-in test/interview for this project appointment under the “Pre-compliance and Clinical Validation of Implantable and Diagnostic Devices” project.

Location- IIT Delhi
Eligibility/Qualification–
The candidate should have a strong understanding of the biological evaluation of diagnostic devices. Experience in animal experimentation, cell culture, microbiology, and molecular diagnostic techniques is essential. The candidate must hold a PhD or an equivalent degree in a relevant discipline, or an M.Tech/M.Sc in Science or Engineering with at least six years of relevant experience. A 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST Candidates.

The role involves contributing to the “Pre-compliance and Clinical Validation of Implantable and Diagnostic Devices” project, with a focus on understanding the biological evaluation of diagnostic devices and applying experimental techniques in areas such as animal experimentation, cell culture, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
