Project Scientist at Panjab University: Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Research Scientist-I (nonmedical) in the ICMR-Adhoc research project entitled “Establishment of vaccine candidate underpinning TLR and NLR dependent regulation of the immune response in visceral Leishmaniasis” under the joint supervision of Dr. Deepak B. Salunke, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and Prof. Sukhbir Kaur, Department of Zoology, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Eligibility/Qualification-
Essential Qualifications-Ph.D. in Science and Engineering
Desirable qualifications, required skills and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in materials characterization (XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman, FTIR) and materials data analysis.
- Proven track record in applying analytical techniques to real-world research or industrial challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, including cross-functional teams like computer scientists and business stakeholders.
- Strong adaptability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in materials research or process optimization.
- Experience in data-driven process improvement and digital twin frameworks.
