About- Applications are invited for post of Project Scientist-I and Scientific Administrative assistant at ICARNBPGR, New Delhi as mentioned below.

Research/Job Area- Lifescience/ Plant Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics or any other related field

Location-

Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential Qualification

Master’s degree in engineering or technology or Doctoral degree in Lifescience/ Plant Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics or any other related field from a recognized university or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification

Knowledge of Statistical and Computational Genomics/ Bioinformatics, experience in analyzing high throughput SNP genotyping data, NGS data, resequencing and transcriptomics data.

Age Limit: The upper age limit for the post of Scientific Administrative assistant is 50 years & Project ScientistI is 35 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation in upper age limit to women (5 years), SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwD (10 years). Age for and other eligible categories shall be applicable as per GOI/ICAR rules.
