AIIMS, New Delhi, India, invites applications for Project Scientist (Non-Medical) from eligible and interested candidates.
About- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is inviting applications for the position of Project Scientist III, Junior Research Fellow, and Lab Technician. The positions are available at the Electron Microscope Facility, Department of Anatomy, AIIMS New Delhi. The positions involve work on projects such as the DBT cryo-electron microscopy imaging facility for biological specimens, the ICMR’s Cisplatin-encapsulated HPV virion-based targeted delivery vehicle validation on cervicectomy samples, and the DHR’s external delivery of Cisplatin using HPV 16-based nanocarriers for cervical cancer treatment.

Eligibility/Qualification–
- For PS III: Ph.D. degree in Science/Engineering or MTech with a minimum of Seven Years experience in Industry/Academia in Electron Microscopy/related research.
Desirables: Work experience in Cryo-Electron Tomography/Focused Ion beam/Cryo-Electron Microscopy of tissue and Cells will be preferred. Experience will be calculated from the award date of the PhD/M-tech Degree from the Institute/University.
Age: Below 45 Years (Age relaxation will be as per the Government of India ICMR rules)
- For Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate: Master’s degree in life science or engineering with qualified National Level Competitive Exams (CSIR, UGC, ICMR, DBT, GATE etc). Own fellowship candidates will be preferred.
Age: 28 Years (Age relaxation will follow the Government of India ICMR rules).
